All orders are processed within 2 business days. Usually, we ship orders out Monday through Saturday with Sunday being our weekly day off. Under extraordinary circumstances, your order may be delayed more than 2 days. Any delay in such a circumstance will be communicated via e-mail or phone.

A customer is intimated of the shipping details once the shipment is ready for
dispatch at our end.
